- The number of people sleeping at the house should be the same to the number indicated when booking confirmed.
- Smoking is not allowed at the house but we have a beatiful patio where you could have your smoke.
Important Notice when Booking Rural Houses in Andalucia
When booking any “Casa Rural” , the house should be registered at the Junta de Andalucia (Andalucia Official Register) and a house ID should be available (Format XXXX/GR/NNNNN) . This id should be provided to you at any time at your request. If the house hasn’t got one then the house is not a “Casa Rural” but a private house being rented to you. Registered Houses (Casas de Turismo Rural) have got proper inspections on a regular basis to assure proper security and quality for the house and even better for you this has no impact on the price.
